| Swimming Pool Fees 2011 Guests get a discounted rate of $5.00 per person The swimming pool is located across the street from the house. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ There is also a swimming beach just down the road from the house. Guests are provided with a gate key, for access to the beach, parking area and boat launch. |
Sugar Springs offers a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, beaches and an indoor
heated swimming pool! (Golf and swimming pool use, are additional charges to use. Pay as you use).

The following payments accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Money Orders and Pay Pal.
(For last minute rentals, personal check will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to arrival).
(There is a 3.5% service charge for Credit Card and Pay Pal payments).
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from arrival date will be accessed a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
Security Deposits: Based on up to 4 adults, there is a Refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit. Deposit needs to be
received 2+ weeks prior of arrival, along with the balance of the rental fee). All REFUNDABLE security deposits will be
mailed out within one week of departure uponsatisfactory inspection/condition of rental.
* Primary Renter must be at least 21 or older. (Primary renter must be occupying during all rental days).
